CEO and COO of HaiderZ Global Enterprises from Pakistan Speak at Politeknik Dewantara International Seminar
POLIDEWA – Politeknik Dewantara (Polidewa) once again demonstrated its commitment to broadening students’ global perspectives through the International Seminar on Enhancing Studies and Work Opportunities, held on Saturday (October 18, 2025) at Balai Rasdiana Center (BRC), Jl. Durian, Palopo City.
This event was particularly special as it featured two distinguished international speakers from Pakistan — Ms. Shaban Sana, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Mr. Zeshan Haider, Chief Operating Officer (COO) of HaiderZ Global Enterprises, a global educational consultancy based in Lahore, Pakistan.
The two guest speakers were specially invited to share insights on strategies for obtaining international scholarships and building successful academic careers on a global scale.
Founded in 2018, HaiderZ Global Enterprises is a professional consultancy dedicated to assisting students worldwide in securing fully funded scholarships and admission to leading universities across the globe. The organization facilitates over 250 scholarship applications annually, covering master’s, doctoral, and postdoctoral programs. With a structured approach and experienced consultants, HaiderZ has become a trusted partner for students aspiring to study abroad.
In her presentation, Ms. Shaban Sana emphasized the importance of long-term academic planning and early personal development. She highlighted that Indonesian students have strong potential to compete globally if they prepare themselves diligently and strategically.
“Opportunities don’t come automatically—they are created through hard work, strategic thinking, and strong commitment to personal growth,” said Ms. Shaban Sana in English, as translated for the audience filling the seminar hall.
She also shared inspiring stories of students who successfully obtained fully funded scholarships to study in countries such as the United Kingdom, Germany, Turkey, and the United States with guidance from HaiderZ Global Enterprises. According to her, crafting a strong Statement of Purpose (SOP), maintaining consistent academic achievements, and demonstrating leadership and social engagement are key factors in global scholarship selection.
The next session was delivered by Mr. Zeshan Haider, COO of HaiderZ Global Enterprises, under the theme “Building a Competitive Scholarship Profile.” He elaborated on strategic steps in preparing scholarship applications — from composing an academic CV, selecting suitable study programs and universities, to obtaining effective recommendation letters.
During his session, Mr. Haider introduced several prestigious international scholarship schemes such as Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s (EU), Chevening (UK), Fulbright (USA), DAAD (Germany), and Türkiye Burslari (Turkey).
He noted that students from Politeknik Dewantara have great potential to compete internationally.
“The main keys are consistency and a willingness to learn. The world now values individuals who not only excel academically but also possess a global vision and social awareness,” stated Mr. Zeshan Haider.
The seminar was energetically moderated by St. Khaeratul Mukarramah, S.Pd., M.Pd., a lecturer at Politeknik Dewantara. She skillfully maintained a lively and engaging atmosphere throughout the sessions, particularly during the interactive Q&A, where students eagerly asked questions about scholarship tips, application documents, and cultural adaptation abroad.
In his opening remarks, Dr. Suaedi, M.Si., Director of Politeknik Dewantara, expressed pride and appreciation for the successful organization of the international seminar. He emphasized that such activities play a vital role in building global networks and enhancing students’ readiness for international academic and professional challenges.
“The presence of distinguished speakers from Pakistan proves that Politeknik Dewantara is gaining wider international recognition. We are committed to continuously expanding meaningful international collaborations for both students and faculty,” he remarked.
In addition to the international speakers, the seminar also featured Yudhi Purwandi (External Manager, PT Masmindo Dwi Area) and Agus Siswanto (Deputy of Chief Mining Engineering, PT Masmindo Dwi Area), who shared their professional insights into the mining industry and the application of modern technology in the field. Their contributions enriched the event by connecting academic and industrial perspectives.
This international seminar served as tangible proof of Politeknik Dewantara’s dedication to providing global learning experiences for its academic community. Through such initiatives, students are expected to be increasingly motivated to transcend geographical boundaries and confidently pursue broader opportunities in the international arena.
